Grinding
We process a wide variety of polyolefins (LDPE, HDPE, PP, ...) and technical plastics (ABS, PC / ABS, PC, PA, ...) into high-quality regrinds.
Modern plant technology and constant quality controls guarantee a maximum of quality with the lowest possible rejects. Of course we also take care of your dust and floorsweep.
Sieving
Using a tumbler sieving machine we are able to seperate granulates and regrinds into a variety of different particle sizes. The separation has several stages. Multiples and specks are sorted out in our process as well.
Agglomeration
The Plast-Compactor is used for gentle compaction of plastics with low bulk density (such as fibers, foils, dust, sawdust) to high-quality free-flowing compacts. You will receive a product with high bulk density, which has been exposed to the least possible thermal stress.
